Big 5 Safari's Mid Range Tours are carefully curated to be affordable, while still providing top-notch service, comfortable accommodations, delicious cuisine, activities and unforgettable game drives. Our typical pre-planned tours range from 2 to 10-day safaris, with our guides taking you on a journey through the African wilderness, where you can witness
the Big 5 and other astonishing wildlife in their natural habitat.

Accommodation for Day 1
These lodges are usually 3 star and have been vetted and hand picked by the staff of Big 5 Safaris. They will include all meals and 2 safari activities a day. They are mostly located in the Greater Kruger Region. However, choices will be dependent on availability and guests' preferences.
Accommodation for Day 2 & 3
Located in central Hoedspruit, a little tourist town bordering the Kruger National Park. Here you will have a choice of a catered accommodation option, where you will have meals provided, or a self-catering option where you will have a kitchen to prepare your own meals or go to a local restaurant.
Short Stay (4 days, 3 nights)
Rates depend on accommodation and transport options (singe supplements apply).

Morning depart from Johannesburg to Hoedspruit (shuttle, self drive or private transfer)

Return to Johannesburg (self drive or private transfer). We will gladly assist in planning the next step of your adventure, whether it be Cape Town or another African Country. There is plenty to see and do.
